Cooking is my happy place and always has been. There’s nothing I enjoy more than planning and preparing a feast. I’m not sure I’ve ever followed a recipe to the letter: I tweak and adapt them and love trying new techniques and combinations. When I’m working on a new recipe I’ll make it over and over until it’s perfect. I especially enjoy experimenting with international cuisine and regularly cook Indian, Chinese, Thai, Middle Eastern, Italian and Mexican meals – reveling in different flavours, textures and colour combinations. Right now I am having a blast experimenting with new, delicious WW recipes.
